It’s a top-class place, located on pristine, beautiful Mai Khao Beach. The resort was built in the middle of a coconut plantation and the landscaped gardens are particularly attractive with their lush plants and lotus ponds. Hidden among the foliage is the award-winning Mandara Spa where scrubs, wraps, manicures, facials and massages are available. The rooms are very fetching, with tiled floors, silk fabrics and Thai-style décor touches. Candlelit, open-air Thai dining in Sala Rim Talay is a treat, with locally caught seafood on the menu.

On Mai Khao Beach in the north of Phuket. Shuttle to Patong Beach or Phuket Town (local charge). Transfer time from airport: 15 min.
