Right by the beach, the Mirabel Park is spot on if you’re after a fly-and-flop break. What’s more it’s tucked in a fairly quiet corner of Sharm El Sheikh called Nabq Bay - so if ‘busy doing nothing’ is your holiday mantra you’ll be in for a treat. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Take the lobby. All marble floors and graceful Arabian arches, it’s a real showstopper and sets the tone for things to come.
The bedrooms are very contemporary, decked out in striking dark wood and soothing cream-coloured fabrics, and the stylish Mazag Bar is the place to chill out in the evenings with a cocktail. And like the décor, the food’s a real talking point, too.
